Bulk Orders

All our bulk orders are cut, vac packed and labelled to your requirements (sausages are in bags, not vac packed). Bones are included if you would like them (bones are part of the side or quarter that you pay for, but you do not have to take them).

Beef

Average carcase weight for a side of beef is 80 to 90kg (50 to 60kg packed/meat weight). Quarters weigh about 40-45kg (25-30 kg packed/meat weight). You will need about 100 litres of freezer space for a side and about 50 litres for a quarter.

Bulk beef is based on hung/carcass weight (including bones and trimmings). Our beef is hung for a minimum of 14 days for tenderness, flavour and quality. Once your order is confirmed we will send you a cut up sheet for you to order how you would like it cut. Have a look at our list of available cuts.

You can order the following quantities:

  • Side (approx. 80-90kg)
  • Beef Hindquarter (approx. 40-45kg)
  • Beef Forequarter (approx. 40-45 kg)
  • 10kg Beef Mixed Box (includes approximately 2kg steak, 2kg mince, 2kg slow cooking meat (gravy beef, diced, osso bucco, ribs), 2kg sausages (grain free option available), a medium roast or two and bones can be included – please let us know when you order.)

10kg Mixed box $265

Includes approximately 2kg steak, 2kg mince, 2kg slow cooking meat (gravy beef, diced, osso bucco, ribs), 2kg sausages (grain free option available), a medium roast or two and bones can be included. Portioned and packed for 2 or more.

FOREQUARTER $17.50/KG

A Forequarter (40-45 kg) includes a range of cuts including scotch fillet, brisket, shin, chuck, bolar, Y-bone, ribs and your choice of sausages and/or mince and bones. Portioned and packed for 2 or more people.

HINDQUARTER $18.50/KG

A Hindquarter (40-45kg) includes a range of cuts including Silverside, T-bone, porterhouse, eye filet, rump, round, top side, gravy beef and your choice of sausages and/or mince and bones. Portioned and packed for 2 or more people.

Side of Beef $17.50/kg

A side (80-90kg) includes the full range of cuts available for both forequarters and hindquarters as well as your choice of sausages and/or mince and bones. Portioned and packed for 2 or more people.

Pork

Pork is based on hung/carcass weight (including bones and trimmings). Pork bulk orders come cut, vac packed and labelled to your requirements.  Once your order is confirmed we will send you a cut up sheet for you to order how you would like it cut. Have a look at our list of available cuts. You can order the following quantities:

  • Side
  • Spit Pig under 20kg
  • Spit Pig over 20kg

SIDE OF PORK $15/KG

A side of pasture-raised pork (around 20kg) includes a range of cuts including chops, roasts, belly or belly ribs, hocks, trotters and kidneys. Portioned and packed for 2 or more people.

SPIT PIG UNDER 20KG $250 EA

A whole pig for your next barbecue or celebration. Comes ready for the spit. Feeds 30-40 people.

SPIT PIG OVER 20KG $12.50/KG

A whole pig for your next big celebration! Ready for the spit feeds 30 people or more.

Honey

Jars of honey produced on our farm can be ordered with beef and pork orders. If you are interested, please add a note in the Additional Requests section at the end of your order and we’ll be in touch to let you know if it is available.
