Gum Park Meats & Butchery is the processing arm of Gum Park Beef.
We have converted our old dairy, that was shut down in the year 2000 to become a purpose built boning room/butcher shop without the retail shop.
Initially planned so that we could process the meat that we produce on farm, we have now employed a local butcher who has over 30 years’ experience in the industry.
With over 10 years of our own experience producing and selling direct to the end consumer at farmers’ markets and by direct delivery, we understand how important quality butchering and packaging is.
We’ re equally passionate about quality produce and nose-to-tail processing and eating. What Gum Park Beef produces is seasonal, so we are able to process meat for other primary producers to eat or sell too.
Gum Park Meats & Butchery can also provide grass fed and finished beef and lamb from a couple of local farms that share our values and ethics for the treatment of animals and use regenerative farming practices, so if you are interested in ordering some locally and ethically grown, delicious .beef or lamb, you can order here.
