We will be at the markets with our beef – both north and south of the city from 31 January 2026 until sold out.

If you can’t make it to either of those markets, you can order for delivery.
Free delivery is available on all orders over $100, otherwise a $20 delivery fee may apply.

Our philosophy is to use as much of the animal as a mark of respect for their life, so we often have tanned hides available for sale throughout the year.
