Our Produce
Beef
We supply free range, grass-fed and finished beef which is available from November to around April each year. Our beef is hung for a minimum of 14 days for tenderness, flavour and quality. Click the link below to see what cuts of beef we produce.
Pork
We supply free range pasture-raised pork which is available on and off throughout the year. Nitrate free, sugar free bacon is available intermitently throughout the year. Nitrate free, sugar free hams are available at Christmas and upon request.

Tanned Hides
We have tanned hides throughout the year. Contact us to find out what we have in stock or to express interest in what you would like if you are after specific colours or markings.
We are happy to do special orders to accommodate a variety of dietary requirements.
If you are a practicing Paleo, AIP or other food regime or have specific food sensitivities, let us know and we can have your order made to your requirements. Contact us for a list of ingredients so you can see what is in (and what is not in) our sausages.
All our sausages are gluten and preservative free and as we have learnt more about healthy eating, we have made a decision to stop using refined sugar in our corned silverside, bacon and Christmas hams. This changes the flavour slightly, but it’s a change for the better!
